Shipping Policy

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping cost will be calculated by our sales team after your order has been placed. Shipping charges are based on standard FedEx ground rates for orders that do not have to ship via freight truck. Orders that must be shipped freight are quoted after comparing competative rates in order to ensure that you receive the best value and service available. 

What is the time frame for shipping?

Dawson Jones Store Fixtures ships in stockorders within 24 hours of receipt of orders placed Monday through Friday. Customers must be aware that cut-off time for shipping orders is 12:00pm EST.  Any orders that are received after 12:00pm EST may not ship until the following business day.

  • After 12:00pm EST any orders received may not ship until the next business day.
  • Orders received after 12:00 PM EST on Friday will ship the following Monday.
  • Dawson Jones Store Fixtures does not process shipping on holidays or weekends.


Shipping Control Policy

Shipping will be delayed when addresses are incorrect or incomplete as per the shipper’s policy. Include all information such as company name, apartment, suite or floor numbers, and accurate zip codes. Verification is required to ensure delivery information is correct.

Packages must be shipped to a physical location, we are not able to ship to PO Boxes. 

All shipping estimates are based on workday of the shipper, usually Monday through Friday. If a customer has not received an order within 10 business days after placing the order, please notify us via telephone or email.

If refusal of delivery acceptance of a package or in the case of a package being undeliverable to the address that the customer has provided, return shipping costs and restock charges shall apply at customer cost.
