Is the planning assistance free?
Yes. Fixture recommendations, layout suggestions, and expert collaboration are free, with no purchase required. Fixtures and any separately quoted services are priced separately.
Do I need a finished floor plan?
No. Share your store dimensions, inspiration photos, store type or industry, and any fixtures you’re interested in. A rough sketch is helpful, but you can start with the information you have.
Can you help with just part of my store?
Yes. We can help you select fixtures for a display wall, checkout area, a new product category, or a larger store project.
Which fixtures can you help me choose?
Our team can recommend display cases, retail counters, slatwall and gridwall, gondola shelving, wall systems, clothing racks, tables, and compatible accessories.
Do you offer custom fixtures?
Yes. Custom fixtures are available and can take up to three months. Your assigned salesperson will discuss the options and determine the timeline with you based on your needs.
Can I visit the showroom?
Our Atlanta showroom is open to the public during business hours; no appointment is required.
Is assembly help available?
We offer assembly options. If you choose to assemble your fixtures yourself and need help, you can get FaceTime support from our assembly team.
