Black Friday Prep

Black Friday

Black Friday- The biggest shopping day of the year.

Black Friday is the kick off to the Holiday Season and one of the busiest,

if not the busiest shopping day of the year! According to the The National Retail Federation,

116 million people will be shopping this Black Friday. Not only will people be out for Black Friday,

but the whole weekend as well. Lets not forget Small Business Saturday.

The NRF states that 67 million people will be shopping Small Business Saturday,

and 78% of those shoppers are doing so just to support the small businesses.

With all these shoppers it is important to be prepared for the crowds.

Let Dawson Jones help make sure you are ready for the biggest shopping weekend of the year!

Black Friday Check List

These collapsible racks are perfect for sales. Roll them out for the sale and then fold them up for storage.
Excellent choice if you are having a sidewalk sale.
Don't run out of shopping bags! Be sure to have plenty of extra bags for increased crowds.
Make sure people know you are having a sale. Clearly display what items are on sale and the amount off. Your customers want to know their savings.
With large crowds you may want to incorporate stanchions into your store. Avoid chaos by using stanchions to form lines for the check out area.
Small displays are great for impulse buys. Increase sales by displaying items at the checkout counter that may have been passed up other wise.
Stock up on extra shopping baskets! The more your customers can hold, the more they can buy.
Be sure individual items are labeled  correctly for the sale. We have plenty of options to choose from. Make it easy by using a color code system to represent the percent off!
We have a variety of sizes, set-ups, and accessories for grids. With the increased inventory required for Black Friday it's necessary to have extra displays.
Dawson Jones will be CLOSED Nov. 22 - Nov. 25
Normal hours will resume Monday, Nov. 26
